Sad news from the band
It is with great sorrow that we share our sad news that Andrew Ranken died on Tuesday 10th February 2026.
We are grateful for your support of the band over the years and are sure that their music will live on.
Andrew and the band were working on their forthcoming fourth album at the time of Andrew’s death. This will be released in due course.
Andrew’s solidarity with the staff of the NHS and other public services can be recognised at your discretion through donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice through the link below .

NEW ALBUM LAUNCH FRIDAY 8TH NOVEMBER 2024
The Wheels’ latest album Bare Bones was released on Friday, 8th November at Babel, 86 Stoke Newington High Street,(https://www.babelart.cafe/)
The band performed the whole album at the launch and treated the full to capacity venue to a few old favourites, too.
The album was released on that date for purchase and download at bandcamp.com.
